        Absolutely horrendous experience with the over seas Middle Eastern outsourced phone service. They can't understand a word we're saying, they don't listen to your questions. Just reading a script totally wasting our time. Insane! Hire American. Stop trying to save money. Probably costs you more in the long run. We'll call another company.

        Complete jokes. We offered to provide additional costs to expedite and they stated it was not necessary. Brought the FA plan onsite Monday of the last week of construction...Refused to go to the Fire Department and so we did their work for them and did the impossible...obtained a TCO to merchandise and open on time!! Thanks for the hardships?
