Toepperwein City View RV Park

When I moved in I was warned. That the rv mgr slept with alot of female tenants, that the owners and the rv mgr covered each other's rears. Tenants assaulting others, verbally threatening senior citizens, tenants throwing rocks at cars, tenants starting fights with men who had girlfriends, throwing chairs and screaming, rv mgr telling other tenants business to other tenants, family of four living in a one bedroom, drug exchanges in day time, laundry mat with 2 washers and dryers( there's five parts to this rv park) videos being sent in and being erased of issues and ignored, tenants are now being forced to leave..because the rv ngr is having sex with the tenant who's the assailant and verbal threat person. Do NOT move here! It's not worth the hell you have yo go through after working hard forthem to pocket your money. They don't do background checks. They say they do.. All this can be verified by text messages,videos and recordings.

They say sometimes non blood is family. Truth here. Beautiful mornings and nights. Helpful mgr. With everything! The occasional spats but that's family, right? Ha ha Quiet, serene. Needle in a haystack. Owners knew what they were doing here. Thank you for allowing me to live here!

Our space we have been renting works great for us. We chose to make it beautiful and make a happy home for ourselves in our little rv. Probably not the best area thanks to it being an industrial park but it just take a little time and love of nature to make the space you are renting look the way you want it to look.
