First and foremost, I highly recommend, Preston Williams, and his team from ARP Roofing. Provided Free Estimates. Mr. Williams was Non pressuring thru out the complete process. He worked very well with my insurance adjuster for approval and then kept me well informed thru out the whole process, including final Schertz inspection teams approval. Day of roofing, Mr Williams and his team of 5 arrived professionally dressed with ARP T-shirts. Each was very polite and professional in addition to being hard workers. Roofing was completed in less than one day. New Roof looks great! Debris, old roofing material,nails were cleaned not only from my yard, but also cleaned neighbors yard on each side of my home. Hey folks, this is the company with whom I strongly recommend you do business! Greg Milam is the project manager and the guy with whom you need to speak. We started out having ARP replace our worn out shingle roof with a new standing seam metal roof which the owner, Randall Williams agreed to build to "cool roof" configuration (check Matt Reisinger videos on YouTube for details). At the same time ARP foamed the underside of our roof deck closing off the ridge vent and all the soffits to create a "conditioned space" for the new HVAC equipment. I was particularly pleased that ARP was willing to listen to my desires for a nonstandard roof configuration and create that for us; a couple other roofing companies wouldn't even listen to what I wanted. As the roofing project was coming to completion, I was chatting with Greg Milam about our desires to undertake some rather extensive remodeling to the interior. That's when I found out ARP also does remodeling. We had major ceiling and wall changes made, complete kitchen remodel. Throughout the project ARP's crews worked honestly and coordinated with other contractors on numerous occasions. Change orders were easily managed as needed.
