Dennis is the best! The whole process was smooth no issues at all, Dennis had the best communication and I did not have to wait long for my new roof, he goes above and beyond. If you need a new roof call the cowboy! He gets it done right! Love my new beautiful roof! Also the crew that came out that did the work on the roof was excellent everyone was very friendly and fast and clean!

Dennis Garrett communicated with my husband and I very well throughout the whole process. It was evident from the beginning that he was looking out for our best interest. He did a great job explaining the process and helping us work through the details with our insurance company. When the job was complete the follow up was excellent. ARP Roofing was fantastic from start to finish. I have never had the experience of needing to replace a roof, so it was all new to me. Dennis walked me through the entire process and answered all my questions. There is no high pressure sales to upgrade or do add-ons. ARP is there to meet your needs and give you high quality workmanship utilizing only the best materials. A 10 year workmanship warranty was an added bonus. Other companies offered 1-2 year warranties. Every detail of the process is documented with before and after photos, and detailed documentation to meet your insurance company's requirements. Kudos to Valerie who does the scheduling and makes notes if you want to add something (like solar vents). She doesn't miss a detail and is very easy to work with. All paperwork is submitted in a timely manner directly to your insurance. The family that owns/operates this business knows what is important and they strive for excellence in providing top quality service.
