Always very quick to respond to questions. Very pleasant and professional to work with. We had the entire roof redone after the hail storm and it looks fantastic. They brought all other issues that were found after the old shingles where removed to our attention and did a great job with the repairs. Job site was left perfectly clean afterwards. One of the best purchase experiences I have ever had! We had a somewhat complicated insurance situation but Tyler and his team embraced the challenge and successfully helped me navigate the processes of filing my claim and getting the insurance company to pay for my new roof. On top of that, their work is top notch! Im sure they have other good reps, but I have to say that Tyler was very responsive, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. David came out to assess our roof & give a bid. He was thorough, friendly & professional. The bid was extremely detailed so we knew there wouldn't be much room for additional charges. The crew was fast, professional & did a great job cleaning up. I would recommend OnPoint to anyone.

I had read really great reviews so I was surprised with the poor quality of customer service and professionalism I experienced. I initially called due to leaking and water damage from the roof since the roof was recently installed less than 6 months ago. I was hoping On Point Premier could help since the roof was still under warranty. A rep named David came to inspect on Friday 14 January. He was 30 min late for this scheduled inspection. After doing the inspection he said he would get back to me the following Monday or Tuesday on what could be done after speaking to the owner of the company . I never heard from him. I reached out to him on Wednesday to which he replied he needed to speak to the owner again. He again failed to get back to me. I had to call the main office today Monday to get a response from him. He gave an excuse that he was waiting for it to rain and for me to contact him so he could do a better inspection of the source of the leak or he was going to do his own water test. None of that was ever directly communicated to me from him. He asked to come back today since it had lightly drizzled earlier in the morning to see if he could assess the leak. This visit he was very rude and argumentative when I asked questions then he called me difficult. I asked him politely to leave my home. Services: Roof inspection, Roof installation
