Hill Country Retreat by Del Webb- 55+ Retirement Community

Bought my new home from Del Webb in the Hill Country Resorts in San Antonio, TX. The experience was outstanding and Im now a happy camper (home owner)!

Overall a very pleasant experience. I thank the quality of craftsmanship was excellent. Matt, our construction manager, was 100% superb, as well as our sales rep, Bruce. Only negative rubs I have is with Pulte, which are: lack of electrical outlets in laundry room, toilet room, and pantry (ironing, night lights, Dyson sweeper or Roomba, for example), Martin Ray models placement of the dishwasher a cabinet away from sink. Design center rep misunderstood the importance of soft close drawers for me, (change of cabinet supplier just at that time didnt help), so Im out of luck with that. She also forgot to correct to change the quantity of medicine cabinets on the final change order to two instead of one, even though we were charged for two. For some reason that turned into monumental big deal, but, thankfully Bruce and Matt were able to take of that. Again, though, we are happy with home would recommend Del Webb/Pulte.

I was looking at buying a house in Del Webb. After reading complaints about the housing, I looked up Pulte Group Home Builders on BBB website. They have a 1.08 star rating out of 5. That's pretty scary. So much for building quality homes. As one person mentioned in the comment section, do your homework. As of 3/15/2023, the following statement come right off of the BBB website: I copied and pasted Current Alerts For This Business Pattern of Complaint: According to information in BBB files, Pulte Group Home Builders has a pattern of complaint alleging repair issues. I'll see how long this post stays up. I'll be looking to spend my money elsewhere!

This is Rosario Saldana, Jose Aceves is my diseased husband, I don't understand why his name came up. Anyhow, it has been one year since the purchase of my new Del Webb home and I am very happy I made this purchase
