My experience here was great! The management is extremely helpful and understanding. When I moved in, I was going through some personal matters and they were extremely quick and worked with me to help me get into a space as soon as possible. They were exceptionally responsive and understanding as my situation changed and needed to move away. The maintenance staff is very nice, responsive and efficient. The community is quiet. The location is nice and very close to amenities like grocery stores, restaurants, gyms, etc. If my situation had not changed I would certainly be staying.

Things usually broke or stop working, every week something is damaged, and also there's this little roaches in all the bathroom

If you like to live with ROACHES live here! Small roaches, large roaches you get the full variety here. Yes they say they spray with pest control but its to no suffice. Roaches in your kitchen, restrooms and everywhere. Spoke with the 3 other neighbors who all complain of the same roach issue. It will be summer too which means an increase in roaches. Lived here for years and the roaches have always been an issue. Management has changed several times over the years with the most recent making the most visible changes on the exterior and landscaping. Customer service isn't great. The manager is Kim is moody and very snippy and wreaks of cigarette smoke. The maintenance man does his best but the quality of work is like a beginner and often is lacking in detail and refinery. Enjoy living with the roaches. Only good thing was the amount of space available for the area of town.

DO NOT RENT! I was a resident here for 5 years and the amount of managers AND companies taking over was just ridiculous. Didnt think too much of it until I left and received a collections notice in the mail! They never sent me a notice that I owed anything and I KNOW I left that place clean. Its been over a month of me calling and trying to get answers and getting the run around because the company has changed too many hands and they have seemingly lost my information. I dont even care anymore that they kept my security deposit, but they have now ding my credit score over a bogus $160 they cant explain and I was never given the opportunity to dispute. All of this could have been fixed if someone had just called/emailed me back like I have asked.
