        My wife and I purchased our 1 acre lot back in April 2021. Our lot had not been cleared so I asked Jason (Community Manager) if they could clear it for me. Normally, this type of thing would be negotiated before you purchase but when you purchase from a reputable company you don't have to because they stand behind their products and services. Thank you Jason for giving my family and I an awesome buying experience!!
