I've used Julie to rent out and Bill in the rental and purchase of a home. I was pleased that he was so knowledgeable about the area and made the process of home buying and renting smoother than it otherwise would have been. I appreciated the thorough background checks on prospective tenants and both Julie and Bill provided invaluable advice on tenant application and selection issues. I recommend using Vista View and will continue to use them for my needs in the future.

Bill is Terrible property manager and realtor. Had a broken window for two years that was never fixed. Tried to make a pitch to represent me buying a home and told me Donald Trump winning the election would be good for people buying homes. Very unprofessional. He stated that I would only be able to buy a 260k home and I just purchased a 460k home. Would call me and ask about prior dates that other repairs were made like I was his secretary or something. Very rude and spoke to my wife like he was her dad on one occasion because cracks were forming in the ceiling like it was her fault. She had to call me because she felt disrespected so I could confront him while he was in our home. I definitely wouldn't recommend this company at all. They wanted us to sign another 12 month lease instead of month to month so we decided to go elsewhere until our home is complete. one of the photos is before the meeting and the other is after meeting of emails from him. One email shows that we mentioned the window for the 2nd time and they acted like they knew nothing about it. The cracked window was shown to them in person twice but Bill lied and stated they told us the owners didn't want it fixed when they just ignored it or forgot. I also have an entire video of the home which shows minimal damage. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!
