I had the pleasure of working with Kelly Emmons in the acquisition of a small plot of land and construction of my retirement home. While she could and did function well as a sales representative her unintended project management skills really helped me achieve my retirement happy place. This was a two year project that came with built-in challenges. Kelly was always open to my ideas and suggestions some of which were good and some not so much. Budget, payment schedules and change orders were all kept on track with no surprises. Through it all Kelly went the extra mile to insure all of my expectations were met or exceeded.

Michael went above and beyond to assist our family with the sale of our home in Boerne. The home was listed for some time, and he was patient with providing comps and relevant details to allow us to adjust the price to market. The closing process was really where he did more than we could have asked to assist in lining up contractors for our necessary repairs, and always being available to address any open questions. I have worked with Michael Schultz on the sale and purchase of several homes and he has always gone above and beyond to make the process simple and seamless for me. He also goes several steps further in making sure I have all that I need in the way of any corrections, repairs, decorating and any other recommendations.
