Missed my first appointment, so I scheduled another 3 months out. Fine by me, it was my fault. A few days before the second appointment they tell me the appointment isn't going to happen and to schedule another 3 months out, this time as a video. Got a lil annoyed, but it happens. After using their option in app to send the appointment to my calendar, I wait until the day of the appointment. About a half hour before the time set in my calendar, I hop on the app, only to find out my appointment was an hour and fifteen minutes earlier, so I call in and they say April at the earliest for a new appointment. I started going to the doctor to work on my mental health, every visit I had with my pcp required me to up my meds. Now, I managed to screw myself out of 3 months, but the last 6 months haven't been on me. In total, I was effectively told to waste a 9 months on screw ups from your side. Thanks, but no thanks, I'll go anywhere else. Woulda been nice to have everything run thru ut health, but I'm not gonna try to work on my mental health with people that don't value my time.
