I recently started working with Heritage Property Management. Alexandra Christman and her team expertly took great care of me. They made me feel confident in their capabilities immediately as they took me in, were very welcoming, and found an applicant very quickly. They turned my home around and ready for showings in no time at all. I am very happy with my decision I made to work with them and I appreciate their proactive approach. They are always there to answer my questions. The communication has been wonderful!

As a Renter, I have had a good experience with Heritage over the last year. When we submit a repair request, they have been very attentive and quick to respond. The portal is reasonably easy and convenient to use for repair requests and rent payments. They have been quick to respond by email and phone. Everyone I have spoken to has been professional, especially Alexandra, even when dealing with challenging issues. I have dealt with a few different landlords over the last 20 years, and I must say that Heritage property management has done a great job 9Better than most) in being attentive to our needs. I will eventually go back to being a homeowner, but as a home renter, they are a good management company.
