        We live in a new build. Stafford plumbing did the work. In less than 4 years we have had two leaks through from our 2nd floor into the our kitchen. First time they gave us a hard time coming out due to it not being under warranty. Finally came because the issue was they didn't install the top toilet piping correctly. This second time also wouldn't come out and their on call guy hung up on me saying "I'm just a plumber this isn't my problem and my supervisor said no" and so even though we are paying for their second mistake I would much rather have someone do it right so it doesn't happen a third time. Do not use them. Terrible service and as my new plumber said "taking shortcuts to get the job done fast" and they do it just right to pass inspection and so eventually over time it goes wrong but then by then they can say its out of warranty. Calling the BBB today as well as my contracting friends to make sure they never use this company.
