Its hard to imagine the perfect plumbing experience, but today I can tell you that, that was my experience. My dad hired PlumbIt when we realized that a pipe was leaking water onto the floor from our washing machine and soaking into the carpet.
When the plumbers got to my establishment, they were courteous, polite, and - this is key for people in shoes like mine - made me aware of the process every step of the way.
No concept, in their eyes, was over my head, and so I knew exactly what they were doing, why it would work, and all of the billing details that would be necessary.
