        I was not very impressed with the guy who came to my house. I did not call and schedule this appointment. CHAMPION AC called me and asked when was a good time for them to send someone out to check water heater and plumbing stuff that was part of my yearly plan thing I have in place. When he arrived he made me feel like I was a burden and was asking ME what else I wanted him to do. I was like, I have no idea I was assuming you were here to do what your suppose to do. His customer service was just not A+.

        Josh A. was very professional. He explained all the troubleshooting and presented several options for repair. He worked efficiently and cleaned up everything when he was done. The leaky pipe was bypassed and the water flow was successfully restored. Great work.
