Marco's Pizza

I come here all the time and recently they have been dropping the ball. Pizza is coming out flimsy, side cups being forgotten, attitude from a certain female worker, low amount of toppings. Last time I come here until I see new faces. You get a star for speed. The rest is for bad quality and customer service.

I placed an order on the app to be ready at 11:05 pm. It was 10:30 when I ordered it. I figured it was plenty of time to be ready on time. But unfortunately, when I got there, I was told they were waiting on the cheese breadsticks and stood there another 12 minutes before my food was ready and handed to me. I scored the atmosphere a bit low because as I stood there, I started to notice a very unpleasant smell that seemed to be coming from the restroom area out into the dining room. It only took me 5 minutes to get where I was going with the pizza. When we opened the boxes, we found they were cold, and the cheese sticks, though hot, were not cut enough to come apart easily to serve.
