We ordered before we left the house (takes 15 mins to get there) said it would be ready once we got there. We pulled into the drive thru they said it would take 10 mins. We waited 20 and then they said pull around to the front cuz they was waiting on the bread sticks. it took them an extra 20 mins waiting at the front and they forgot our sauces we specified in the order and paid extra for. 45 min wait is ridiculous for two pizzas and bread sticks. What happened to hot and ready

George at register was incredibly kind and attentive. Took our order and immediately started making it. He was essentially running the entire store himself. The woman worker sitting in the lobby was Sonya, she was laughing with Heather about how she was supposed to be on drive thru but it didn't matter because she would rather make people come inside. Which is exactly what we did after sitting in the drive thru for 5 minutes waiting to be helped. We assumed the speaker box was broken but Sonya gladly spoke about how she didn't care. She went on talking to Heather about how she hated when people called in for pizza, also stated that she hated the customers that came in as they always had attitude for her. I can see why. She had grievances about a new manager that came to help her location and loudly laughed about not wanting them there. George needs a raise for dealing with coworkers such as Sonya and Heather.

One of my pizzas was burned The other one was so thin it was mainly bread and pizza was not cut right
