Pizza Hut

Was trying to place an order from them for our university. Due to the fact that we are tax exempt; I have to speak to the location directly but they never answer their phone. When they don't answer it takes me back to the call center. I went on this loop 6 times till I gave up. I can't order online due to tax exempt issue. Some ANSWER THE PHONE!

This isnt the first time this particular store has failed to meet customer expectations. So I place an order late last night, I get a text right before they close that theyve handed over my pizza delivery to Door Dash who i assume is on the way since its already been almost an hour. Well after updating the delivery tracker I can see theyve let to pick up the pizza and Im thinking wow I hope the store remains open past closing in order for my driver to pick it up. Wait, Ive now been handed over to another driver who heading to Pizza Hut to get my order, great now their coming from another direction so Im waiting and waiting until low and behold my order was cancelled but Pizza Hut did not fail to take my payment which Im sure now I have to argue with the manager about a refund. Look I know theyre not responsible for Door Dash but its a reflection on you if you decide to turn your product over to another vendor and they fail. Cmon Pizza Hut, you know better that if its close to closing time dont take the order! Advise your customer that your closing soon and cant deliver, something besides not telling me my pizza has been canceled an hour later and my money in my account is less because I was charged for it . I barely had time to reach their competitor who delivered as promised. I cant say Id order from Pizza Hut again or maybe this store and its manager is the problem, all I can say is it was a waste of my time relying on Pizza Hut to come thru and I hope they give me back my money they took.
