I highly recommend Dr. Vela. She helped me thru a wrist injury and now working to rehab my shoulder. I've seen so much progress in my lifting since she's been helping me rehab all this wear and tear in my body. Her and her staff are very friendly and always ready to help you out.

Dr. Caitlin is gifted at diagnosing and treating pain. After only two sessions I was feeling stronger, pain free and more confident in my body. My athletic performance was greatly improved. She prescribed functional strength building exercises that were safe and truly worked!

I was referred to Dr. Caitlin Vela after my last PT moved out of town. While I was sorry to see her go, I'm so happy that I got introduced to Caitlin!! About 10 years ago I became very ill, and was bed ridden for a long time. That took it's toll on my body. I have been very focused on getting my strength back, and Caitlin has been amazing at helping me reach and surpass each of my goals. She has done all of this while also been very attentive to my needs and limitations. She is very knowledgeable and has a passion to see people get better. She is also very sweet, and makes each appointment with her a blast. I would recommend her to anyone.
