Terrible. Will not pick up phone. On hold for more than 10 mins. Left several messages with no call back. We LOVE our HEB but this does not even feel like its part of the same organization

Everything was great with them until about 3 months ago. I've used HEB specialty pharmacy for the past 4 years and never had a problem but I've been trying to get a medication refilled for about a week now that I can't get refilled in the app. Each time I'm on hold I wait 45 minutes minimum until I give up. Its like no one is working the phones anymore and thats the only way to get some medications refilled by HEB.

I love my local HEB pharmacy, but my experience with the HEB Specialty Pharmacy has been awful. I started a specialty medication several months ago and theres been a problem almost every month with ordering or receiving my medication timely. In addition they are not staffed appropriately to manage phone calls. Ive had long hold times whenever I call. Today was the worst. I was on hold for almost 45 minutes before I gave up. They obviously want you to leave a message so I did. Its been almost 2 hours and Ive still not received a call back. My prescription was supposed to be automatic refill but it hasnt been sent to my local pharmacy and my next dose is scheduled for tomorrow. At this point Im beyond frustrated and fed up with the lack of service.

They really work with the patients to get the medical supplies they need.
