Sadly very unresponsive regarding medical equipment. I went to Champs 6 days in person on before my hip surgery with all my paperwork. They did not f/u on my calls or my Insurance's calls and as a result I did not have a walker when I was released from the hospital after my hip replacement. This was a hardship as I had to borrow a walker. I did not receive my walker until 2 days after I was released home. This affected my rehab in a negative way. Very unresponsive.

At champs I had a great experience, everyone was friendly and helpful, my prescription was made promptly and price was affordable, highly recommend this pharmacy
