I have been coming for a year now and greatly recommend this groomer. Has great communication and knows exactly what cut I want for my pup.

I am very disappointed in the communication I have received from Candy. I sent her a msg to see if she had any opening for my dog since they had just posted on Facebook stating they had appointments for the following week, yet when she responded to me she stated she would be out for 2 weeks due to on vacation.. I didn't think too much of it and wished her to enjoy her vacation. But I couldn't shake the feeling she was dodging me, so just to see if I was over thinking it or actually correct, I had a friend msg her to see if she could get an appointment. My friend went on messaging her and was able to get booked for the following Tuesday.. If she would have told me she was no longer comfortable in taking me and my dog as a client anymore I would have been completely okay with it. It is her business and she has the right to refuse service. We had been there several times and only mentioned the second time how he didn't do good with nail trimming. After that I started trimming his nails myself and she no longer complained about him. I also have been working with my dog to being more comfortable with being groomed/handled and since has been neutered so training has been a lot easier. I know her losing me as a customer might not affect her as much, I just hope whoever considers taking their pet to her has the most well behaved perfect dog because she won't like/take you otherwise.
