Great customer service and they have good deals on lots of items. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I will be back soon and refer friends to this location as well. Edited: this review was for Money Mart before the takeover by a new company.

Was glared at when I walked in and the staff wouldn't even look at my face when they spoke to me. Low balled my loan, but whatever, made the buyback easier and quicker. Same treatment when I went back to pay off the loan and had my jewelry unceremoniously dumped into my hand from the envelope. Ridiculously unprofessional and flat out RUDE. Never EVER doing business here again. Good luck

Brought in a guitar that's worth $5,000 brand new, I only needed $700 for a pawn, this is with a guitar case and a Brand new Marshall amp included. The girl looked at my guitar and took some photos of it and went to another worker, (I'm guessing the manager). And showed her the photos. Without doing ANY research on the price they came back up to me and offered me $300 for everything. I nearly laughed out loud but kept composure because I didn't want to be rude. But at least look up something's worth, if you have no idea what you're looking at. It also took around 15 minutes for me Just to get some service, when it was only me and one more customer. I'll never go here again.

Walked in got a hello the guy was on his phone in the jewelry island wanted to see jewelry he walked to another customer that just walked in to make a payment of some sort. I never got help from anyone else so I walked out. Went to a competitor shop and made a purchase of 1000.00
