Been a customer for approximately 4 years.Staff has come and gone but i was still there.As a customer and with a few employees,a friend.I still do like x amount of the employees.Unfortunately some seem like they are above the customer in all categories.Maybe they have never had to pawn anything.Wish i was that lucky.Most recent case of interaction was after a i phone was purchased by me with no charger.The sales person acknowledged the fact that they were unable to test phone prior to my purchase.I let them know that i had a charger.The salesperson said i had 24 hours to return the phone,even cited the time.Had to be back by 330 pm.After that if they took it back it would onlly be store credit.Returned the next day ,prior to the 24 hours with charged phone.I had charged phone and purchased a sim kit for it.The employee who tended to me was standoffish as many of them have been.After calling the employee at home(guess they didnt believe me) ,what i assume was the manager that day comes out and is in the back cubicle ,overhears what was being discusserd and yells out from where she was at that return was till business close that day.Not that she knew that it took longer just to charge up the phone then the hours that the store was open,that day,go figure.Well it was about 45 minutes into my mini vacation into the surreal and i tired (65 years old) you know(now).They were kind enough to offer store credit but at that time i just needed a phone.So,needed the cash back to purchase another somewhere else. Nope no cash back,past close of business,take it or leave it.Picking up my pride once again i refused the offer of store credit and left.Here is the clincher.On the same day i purchased a guitar amp from them, and my bad,we did not test it.Today i plug it up,ready to jam,and wonderful,it doesnt work(except for the blue light that says pwr on.So today i will ponder the future events that await me at easy pawn.....Stay tuned.Why do i return there,because this is america and as a veteran of the vietnam era i served so that all americans can get a fair deal at pawnshops everywhere.And the fact that is right down the street might be thown in there somewhere,lol.
