The staff at the local store was friendly and more importantly, HELPFUL and willing to show possible options to what I was originally considering purchasing. In fact, what I purchased was actually less costly than the printer I originally considered.

If you need something printed go to Office Depot. Staple's guys are so busy that you have to schedule a pick up date and time to Print a single 8 page document. Office Depot doesn't do that, FedEx Print and Ship doesn't do that. I look at the counter and 3 employees there not doing anything, waiting for an hour to pass buy to hit the button. What a joke.
