Dr. Christine J. Vidouria, DO

Ive never actually been treated by Dr. Vidouria, but dealing with her office admin(s) has been frustrating. I called several times to check on the status of my referral, which they hadnt received (not their fault). When they did finally receive my referral, I was told that my primary care doctors office forgot to include information. I was told that they were going to call my doctor to get it and would get back to me. I never heard back and I called several times and could never get through/got their voicemail. Their voicemail states they return calls within 24 hours, but I never heard back. I called again today to get the status of my referral and was told they are not accepting new patients. I wish they wouldve told me this weeks ago because I would have put my energy into finding a different pain management doctor instead of getting in with Dr. Vidouria. When youre living with severe pain, having to wait this long is frustrating.

Dr Vidouria is a great doctor. Her N.P. Ashley Swartz not so much. My main complaint, aside from her NP is the wait time to be seen. I had been a baclofen pump and pain management patient of hers for years, and was always worth the wait until recently. I voiced my concerns about the handling of my pain management after a recent surgery and subsequently was dropped as a patient entirely, including baclofen pump refills.

The only phone number they list does not connect to the office only voicemail. I have no idea and anyone is even listen to voice mail. Trying to schedule a follow-up

My Husband sees her for pain management and she and her "crew" are the best!! So friendly, nice, helpful, AND she/they listen to you. He is so glad and thankful for a truly understanding, caring, and extremely knowledgeable Doctor.

Dr Vidouria and her staff are hands down the best. I have been a patient of hers for years. She always takes the time to listen and does all she can to help with pain. Her staff are just as Awesome and helpful too.
