I recently had right hip replacement surgery at Foundation Surgical Hospital, and the experience was better than I could have imagined! The staff, nurses, and doctors that were involved in my care were caring, kind, and made me feel comfortable during my stay. Lori was my pre-op nurse and she was amazing! She immediately made me feel comfortable and explained everything to expect and answered all my questions. From pre-op to the overnight stay to discharge, I felt noticed and cared about! I highly recommend Foundation Surgical Hospital!

From Check-in, pre-op, post o-p staying overnight. This hospital was fantastic doctor's, nurses couldn't ask for anything better

Be careful of hidden fees. My surgery was in August, I was called in November telling me I still owed $960.00. to this day I have not gotten a bill. I payed my share the day of surgery. I dislike being made a fool of.

My name is Steven Martin and my review is for RN Danielle in recovery. When you are in excruciating pain and fresh out of a major surgery it can be scary. Ms. Danielle went above and beyond delivering prompt care and the reassurance I needed. She was nothing short of an angel sent at the right place at the right time. I'll never forget the care she provided me. It was a life changing event experiencing someone truly caring for your well-being. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart thank you. The rest of the experience was horrible. But that was out of my nurse control.
