I came in to fill in my prescription for my glasses and contacts. I was helped by Max. He sits with you and takes all your information so he can calculate the best way to utilize your insurance benefits. He asks what your looking for and calculates everything before you start looking so you know what your price point is going to be. And he answered all my questions with no hesitations. I did tell him I would check out other places first. He said no problem, folded all my info into an envelope and gave me a card. And after doing my own research myself I found visionwork had better offer for my contacts but not my glasses. So I called Max and he helped set that up for me. Still happy with the experience.
