        I just found out that a young man at Elite sold me 2 expensive sets of Oakley and Rayban sunglasses a year ago but failed to disclose that the tinted lenses did not protect my eyes from basic UV rays until I went back in today for another set a year later.. The cost to correct their error is almost $300. More than the cost is the likely damage caused to my eyes for using sunglasses that are not sunglasses at all. Be careful and ask before you buy prescription sunglasses at Elite.

Thanh Tran was quick in a positive way, incredibly informative, knowledgeable, and answered all questions without making us feel rushed. A lot to offer style wise as the cases/displays have multiple draws. Wonderful experience and will recommend.

      Hello. We would like to clarify this. Based on our record, we did disclose to you about no UV protection on 1 of the 2 pairs and you did initial/sign next to it. Our staff are trained to go over all details with every patient and we could only process what you want to order. If we forgot to mention it, we would admit it, but we did not in this case.
