I call this company to get quote.. To install my sknorkel from my toyota 4runner 5th gen They quote me $640!!!! Labors etc fee.. super ridiculous! All I need them todo is drill holes on my right fender and install the snorkel, no need to attach in the air filter..

I am entirely convinced that Chris and his team saved the lives of my family and me when they fixed my truck. When I bought my truck from Freedom Chevrolet in August 2023, they lied to me and told me the lift kit was removable but it wasn't (see my review on Freedom Chevrolet for more information). The truck had such a violent shake at 60mph that it was like trying to hold onto a Shake Weight while driving. It was NOT safe, ESPECIALLY when towing a 16,000 pound camper. After a lot of research, I found Full Force Performance. I took the truck in to get an estimate for the work and see if was something they could or would even do because the lift kit installation had required a piece of the crossmember on the frame to be cut. Normally they install lift kits so taking one off was a little out of their norm. Chris and his team took a look at it and were confident they could make it even stronger than stock. They surpassed all expectations! I really had hated this truck but after the work that Full Force Performance put into it, it's now my forever truck. Chris made sure the truck was fully safe before releasing it to me and treats every vehicle as if his own family were going to be driving it. Their rates are very reasonable and they were very communicative the whole time. My truck no longer shakes and it tows like a champ. I finally feel safe driving with my family and my home, and I don't think another shop would've taken that job on or accomplished it nearly as well. Highly recommend this shop! 100% Recommend Full Force Off Road I took my truck in for a clunking noise coming from the front suspension and they were able to diagnose the issue right then and there. Sent me a repair estimate and got me on the schedule shortly after. Dropped my vehicle off and was quoted 2 days for repair, while they didn't quite deliver on that deadline their communication about the delay was above expectations as they let me know it would be an extra day due to some unforeseen issues with the vehicle. I also took comfort in knowing that they were going the extra mile in making sure the issues that the truck arrived with were remedied. Took delivery of the truck and WOW! It drives like a dream and that clunking noise is GONE. Will be taking my vehicle to Full Force for any and all automotive needs going forward. Great work Chris, Jayden and Christian!

The owner of the place stood right there in the office and watched as his employees man-handled me. He told me the check given to him in Feb. 2023 for $3500.00 hadn't cleared the bank and when I took him proof that it had cleared the bank he got mad and started saying lies about my husband and called the police to have the truck removed so he got $3500.00 without even fixing the truck and said he was going to go after me for posting this review. He also said that my husband and his friend stole from the "show room" (which is just a messy office) and that was a lie!! If anyone stole from anyone Chris Burk stole $3500 from us then lied about everything. He shouldn't be allowed to run a business at all. Maybe that's why they are shut down now because every person that came into that office while I was there were only there to complain too!! This is the honest to God's truth. This is the most God awful place in the history of repair shops! They have had my husband's truck since February of 2023 can't fix it, won't return it and can never get in touch with the owner. They are the RUDEST PEOPLE to ever run a business!! I have contacted the attorney general's office about this business. They are greedy as they took our money of $3500.00 in February 2023 saying they would fix it and when we confronted them AGAIN about it in December 2023 NOTHING had been done and then they got mad and moved our truck out of their lot on Christmas Eve!! They just wanted the money for themselves. They are TOTAL CROOKS with no respect for their customers whatsoever. In fact everytime I was in there someone was ALWAYS complaining. Do NOT waste your money as they just keep it for themselves. They even stole a Viper Alarm that was on our truck while in their possession. The owner Chris Burke should not be allowed to even own a business. He literally charged $3500 which was paid and he said was not but when I went to prove to him the check had cleared one of his employees practically man-handled me to get me out of the office. They took the money alright but never even TRIED to fix the truck. And I don't think that a man should ever speak or act or manhandle a woman the way that they did!!
