Rey Hardin is a God sent. My Epson F570 had a paper jam, I struggled with it all night and couldnt figure it out. I texted Rey at night to explain whats going on. He replied my text almost immediately, giving guidance on what to do, I couldnt fix it. Met him at his office today for assistance, he was already waiting for me, he took his time to find out what the problem was, he FIXED like a PRO. HE SOLVED MY WORRIES AND PROBLEMS. He supports small businesses to grow, hes always ready to help. I appreciate Mr. Rey for his selfless service to San Antonio, Texas and to the small business community as a whole. God bless you Rey. I called and spoke to Rey and told me to bring my printer in so he could take a look. And, within minutes he had it working. Maybe, he didnt have to do any major repairs but the fact that he was polite, positive and friendly says a lot about how the staff treat/help customers(who are clueless).
