Dr. Ramos Gonzales delivered my youngest baby in 2015 at stone oak methodist, she said " you don't get a prize for not getting an epidural" and throughout the years this has always stuck in my mind. I would never recommend her to anybody looking to have an unmedicated birth, or as little intervention as possible.

She is a very good & Polite Doctor. Treatment is very effective.

My appointment was scheduled at 12:10 Dr.Ramos did not see me until 2pm waited for her in the room for 30 minutes in a gown.

I know I dont know all of the details of everyone appointments, but I watched people come into the lobby after me with appointment times after mine and get called back before me. I waited in 3 places for a total of an hour (20 min in just a robe in a cold room). The doctor then spent 5 minutes with me (a new patient) and didnt seem very interested in getting to know much about my medical history. Not a pleasant experience.

As a new patient, I would state that they aren't very respectful of your time. I was looking for a new Doctor because my own had moved out of state. I read many reviews on Dr. Ramos- Gonzales and even asked past patients about her beside manner. I decided to contact her offices to schedule an appointment which had to be scheduled for over a month out (understandably) for new patients.. What upset me enough to right this review was the fact that her office called me a week before my appointment and apologized (rather nonchalantly) & that they would need to cancel/reschedule my appointment. I was understanding and said "Ok" even though I was disappointed. I'm struggling pretty tremendously with PCOS symptoms btw.. Now, you would figure for the inconvenience they would (at the very least) "TRY" to take me in within the next two weeks as a possible walk-in if not an actual set appointment.. BIG FAT NOPE. They offered to set me up with a new patient appointment for over 2 months away because this was their (soonest available).. I felt pretty disgusted that they felt this okay about wasting someone's time. I would warn "new patients" who need help more immediately to steer clear of this office, even if it wasn't intentionally done by Dr. Ramos-Gonzales, her staff doesn't have the tact or empathy to act on her behalf. (This coming from a healthcare worker with over 12 years of experience) Please do better.
