I absolutely love this doctor, made me feel very comfortable and his very sweet. Someone please tell me where he went. He doesnt work at Institution of Womens Health on Stone Oak. I would love to have him as a doctor again. I he truly is amazing he even spoke to my husband FaceTime him because only patients were allowed at the appointments and he has no issue with that. He delivered my baby and thanks to him my baby is perfect. Someone please help

The Doctors are great! Honestly had the best experience delivering my first baby with Dr. Garcia.... However my experience with the staff at his office has been the worst I have ever come across. They are extremely rude! And its so sad because the doctors get bad rep all because their office staff are rude and unprofessional. They are also so unorganized throughout my whole pregnancy I saw Dr. Garcia every single time for every visit and Id get voicemails and text message reminders advising me I had an appointment with a different doctor... yes not Dr. Garcia another Doctor.. then I would show up and they would ask which doctor are you seeing today? and according to the voicemails and text Id get Id say the other Doctors name (not Dr. Garcia) and they would be like why?, why are you going to see that doctor when the doctor you had been seeing all this time has been Dr. Garcia and Im like Im only telling you guys information you all sent me how do I know if Dr. Garcia is in or not? When according to the text messages and voicemails yall sent me I am going to see a different doctor... they are so confusing like also if you know I have been seeing Dr. Garcia all this time then why the heck would you ask what doctor Im coming in to seeing?? Honestly that Doctors office needs a whole new staff with the exception of maybe 2 or 3 MAs that actually are caring and do a good job. The rest need attitude checks and lessons on how to treat patients. Especially patients who are there for sensitive reasons! Seriously be nice you never know who is walking in through that door coming in scared cause shes been bleeding or crying because she saw her baby come out of her in the shower or in the restroom while she was using it and is only coming into the office to only hear what she already knows (that she lost her baby) but is needing to confirm with the doctor. Doctors are the absolute BESy but again worst office staff EVER!
