Its a very clean building staff is nice. Never had issues. The only issue is when you call them it goes to a disconnected number, very hard to get a hold of them.

Very confused. I set up an appointment months ago to see Dr. Morales. Ive received numerous emails regarding this appointment and this evening at 5:58PM I received a call to tell me that she does not accept my insurance12 hours before my appointment AND after business hours. What??? This is no way to care for a patient and no way to do business. Now Im left with no medical care for my condition and now I have to start my search for a new OB/GYN who specializes in my condition. I have no idea what kind of doctor that Dr. Morales is but I know that her office staff is lacking in the basics.

Dr. Morales and her staff are amazing. My delivery with my first baby was traumatic and horrible so when I got pregnant again, picking an OB office that was supportive and transparent was really important to me. From my very first appointment, I have felt heard and cared for by every staff member at the office, especially Dr. Morales. She never rushed our appointments and made sure to answer every question I had, and even probed me with questions about aspects of my pregnancy and delivery when she wanted to be extra sure we were on the same page. She collaborated with me on my treatment plan for a scheduled c section and was super patient with me. Midwife Kristen has handled all my postop care and is amazing as well, gentle and kind, and really just all around wonderful. Could not recommend this place enough. Im sooooo happy theyre my care team!

Let me start off with I think Dr. Morales is wonder woman herself she has her own practice she owns her own yoga studio she DJs for fun she a wonderful mom of 2 great kids and she also serves our country as a Army doctor thank you Dr. Morales for everything you do. I absolutely love being a patient I have nothing but love and respect for all the women that work in her office I highly recommend this place to everyone looking for an obgyn that cares from check in to check out all the ladies are amazing thank you Nadia for your service in the Air Force and for making my first visit easy and comfortable. I would also like to thank the office manager Roxanne for being so kind and helpful and helping me with all my questions. I love all the girls and I can't wait to see yall soon

When looking for a doctors office it starts with the staff who answers the phone to schedule your appointments and check you in. I called Willow OBGYN to schedule my annual exam and was seen same week. When I arrived they were punctual on time saw me right away didnt make me wait 30 min after my scheduled appointment time like most offices do. I was in and out of my appointment in about 40 min give or take. Staff is friendly, welcoming, caring and up beat. The office is beautiful and modern. They have windows all over the office and a coffee station. Nice relaxing time away from work and the kids, not hectic. I love the environment. Other doctor office have me leaving tired from waiting or frustrated/annoyed from the lack of staff. Dr. Morales delivered my baby in 2022 and that experience was exceptional she goes above and beyond in care. I live far from the office but it is worth the drive.
