        Literally Just called 2x and phone call keeps getting forwarded to voicemail. Better customer service would be to answer phone and say you are with another customer and take my information down to call me back. Wont be getting my service

        Had an appointment for some passport documents that needed to be notarized on April 15th by UTSA. They did not even show up. Don't trust them with any of your urgent notarizations. Sincerely Mr. W.
