I called this "Non-Profit Organization ". It is Ridiculous....Why would a Senior Citizen 60 years of age and better or a disabled person under 60 with a" Via Trans" card call for transportation? First you need to submit an application to Via Trans Services signed by your physician to obtain a card if you do not have one and if you have one then and only then can the person who answered the phone give you details of their transportation services. If you do have a Via Trans Services Card you can go anywhere in the city for 2.00 dlls pick up from home and 2.00 dlls. return and you may take up to two companions for a small extra fee.

This organization is serving the older community of South San Antonio by providing transportation for those who can no longer drive. They are great people who see the big picture...and the need is growing.

Need to start picking up the phone. Never have days open for transportation unless it's called in 3 months in advance. Ridiculous. Update: Oliva, the woman who finally answered my call so I could just set an appointment kept bringing up this review because she seemed to have a problem saying that it was not true. I hope this gets back to somebody higher than her and I hope you know that she is very disrespectful and she was upset with me because I left a 1 star review. I was calling to just make an appointment and she was so rude. She claimed there's only 1 driver i understand that but i had to change my appointments to next month and August bcuz theres no openings. And I tried explaining to her why I left that review and she was rude and just mad. So I will be speaking to her boss very soon. Is this how yall work business? She was sooooo unprofessional. The disrespect was uncalled for and she has no professionalism on how to talk to people. My grandmother is PAYING the driver to take her to her appointments. And she's the one complaining? She's not even the driver. I'm confused on why it's so hard to listen and understand why I'm upset but instead she wants to be defensive. Very unprofessional and I don't recommend speaking to Olivia about any concerns you have. Also if I could give Olivia a rating as an employee it would be below a zero star rating. Get new workers who know how to be useful.
