        I was very pleased with Ward North American process and customer service. The team minimize my stress of moving out of state. They keep me informed of any changes and available during the weekend. Everyone provided superb customer service and I would highly recommend this company!!

        I have stuff in storage at one of their facilities. It was a split shipment. Household goods were shipped to one address in October. The goods in storage are to be shipped to another address. I had trouble getting shipping cost and scheduling information for the goods in storage, but that has since been rectified. This will be the 17 move for my wife and I. Most were corporate moves. Ward North America is as good or better than any move we have made.

        My packing and loading experience was great! Movers were on time, and packed the truck pretty quickly. I worked with DK, Marcus and Eddie all three very efficient and professional! Would recommend to others.
