Had a move from San Antonio to Austin which I scheduled over a month in advance. They were 3 hours late to arrive, the truck broke down on the way to Austin, and didnt finish the move until 3am with 2 broken items. The owner gave me a discount very reluctantly for the time delays which I had to argue for, but the cherry on top was the offered reimbursement for the broken items was $15 for a broken lamp and cracked vase which retailed for $300 total. Extremely disappointed considering the reviews of other people, their reimbursement policy is horrible, I encourage everyone to double check their items before and after or just use a different company altogether.
Edit: their reimbursement is based on weight and not the value of the item, so for example if your lamp is worth $160 but only weighs 15lbs. they only offer you $10 for breaking it. Same for a $150 vase which they only offered $5 for.
