2 movers that showed up we’re very professional and hard-working. Trying to communicate with the office was very difficult. I was given a $115 per hr for 2 men / $87 trip charge- which I agreed to. When the men showed up for the move they had change the price to $147 an hour and a $99 trip fee. No one would call me back I would only get a text. Finally A very angry person named Veronica called us back and Was literally was literally yelling at me and then hung up on me... Extremely unprofessional, The guys that moved were quick and efficient and took apart two beds. However they did not put them back together, which was all part of the agreement. I was over charged , And the company/office does not want to give a managers name or anyone that you can discuss this with. I would never use them again. They were unable to get everything in the truck so we had to end up hiring two men and a truck to finish the job. Service: Local removals

We had a small but very important move for my 94 yr old MIL. They were very flexible and worked with us to accommodate the short notice in moving items to storage from our home and the unloading of her items upon her arrival. Friendly and trustworthy crew with positive attitudes. They got started ontime despite me not being present (with permission), allowed me to schedule late afternoon, worked late into the evening, and all in 100° heat. Excellent work ethic!
