Poor customer service - the movers had no regard for our positions and damaged our property. During the quote, the sales representative mentioned, they are insured and bonded, however, when reporting and sending photos of the damaged, they stated there was nothing they could do for us. Do not recommend!

Company was pretty quick to quote and be in touch. However, movers were rather slow & pieces of furniture & canvas pieces broken upon delivery. Movers also scratched up our door frame pretty bad in our newly built home. The bad thing was no one addressed it to us leaving it up to us finding out on our own after the job was completed. No one from management ever followed up after two formal complaints. The sales rep told their company was insured and would file a claim in order to have my door repaired (picture included), however, never heard back. I was also offered $100 to take down my initial review on Yelp. Would recommend you look elsewhere.

Used them for an interstate move (TX to NC). They were late leaving San Antonio for 2 days because they were unable to secure a truck for the move. Then, due to improper packing of the items in the truck they damaged a large mirror, brand new 75" TV and a $2600 mattress (ruined due to improper storage and handling). I got Best Buy to replace the TV and filed a claim with Graceland for the mattress. They indicated under TX law they had 90 days to respond to my claim. Of course, I heard nothing during the 90 days and called them at the end of that period to get a response. They offered $111 for settlement on the $2600 mattress (quoting TX law for value of move contents based on weight). I rejected the settlement and countered with an offer to settle for $1700 - the amount I had to spend out of pocket to replace the mattress that they ruined. They have not responded to my counter offer. I have filed complaints with both the TX Department of Transportation and the FMCSA. Bottom line is: Do NOT use this company for a move. The workers who actually move your items are hard workers and great guys, but the company is not reliable and they do not stand behind their work.

Movers took really long and dropped my furniture hard on the floor. I didnt even get mad at him or anything. He and the manager Curtis proceed to tell me they will take the cost out of his check and replace it. About a month later, Tommy ordered a replacement and when he came to personally deliver it he broke the replacement from screwing on the nobs too tight. He tells me he will return it and order a new one, I just tell him return it and just give me the money for it to make everything simpler. Then he goes ghost and him and Curtis avoid my calls and texts. I decide to go in person, frustrated from being ignored, but its a different company at the address. I have to constantly bother them to get a response and they tell me theyll give me the money next week and it comes around now its a different day. Now its been 3 months and they are apparently out of business and Curtis offers me $30! So upset I do not recommend this company to anyone they will waste your time, give you the complete run-around, and ignore you hoping you stop bothering them. Honestly, you are better off renting a Uhaul and just having friends help you!! I learned my lesson.

Joe and Clarence did an outstanding job with my move. Fast, careful and courteous. Made my move stress free and the price was super reasonable. Would definitely recommend and hire again.
