Two Men and a Truck

Recently I helped my parents, who are in their early 60s, with a move of some of their furniture to a new house. Both my parents and my wife and I have used two men and a truck for the past 5-7 years we have lived in SA. I grew up in a military family so we are well versed in moving around the world, however, this simple move was the single most stressful move for my parents. There was significant damage to their wood floors, a sconce, walls, they broke a sleeper couch in half, 4/8 dining chairs, and the dining room table. Only about half the items moved were wrapped in the blankets and half of those items we wrapped ourselves with our blankets before they came. Additionally the majority of the remaining items like the chairs had no protection at all. Not even plastic wrap. Two men and a truck stated they are not liable for any of this damage, even though it was their negligence that caused it. Not even the standard 60 cents per pound was given. They did give my parents back their tip, which I know my father felt obligated to give, but this does little to nothing for them. Based on this experience two men and a truck have absolutely no responsibility liability regardless of their negligence, as they claim they wave all liability with their wavers. I cant help but think then they could throw your couch out a window to get it down and still not be liable, at least in their eyes. It appears after all these years that Two men and a truck now does not care about you, your items, or their quality of service. Only the cash in their pockets you give them to drag your newly damage garbage from one location to another. After my father reached out, I also reached out and received more sympathy and care from the administrator than my father did from the supervisor. I have not received a call back (with a voicemail) after I requested an explanation for the poor quality of service. Thank you very much for screwing over a disabled veteran currently experiencing significant health problems. Im sure this business strategy will do well for you in Military City, USA. I will be happy to tell anyone and everyone I know to use all of your competitors before ever reaching out to you.

I have used Two Men AND A TRUCK several times, and have always received great service. The company offers reasonable rates, and the men are hard working and efficient .

The best experience, very careful with our stuff, didnt waste time, even fixed a couple desks in my kids room! It was better than I could have imagined!
