    Scam. Confirmed by my credit card company. Other people have similar issues. My story here. I would give zero stars. They took my reservation and then never showed up. Never called, nothing. When I called back an hour and a half later I was told that it was because I had made a reservation with them the same day. Inexcusable. When you take a reservation, you honor that reservation. Or at least let someone know that they may not be able to keep it. Told the only option is to reschedule. My entire move is ruined now (10 hour drive and more stops tomorrow already paid for and a house full of stuff). Do NOT trust them. Run and don't end up in my boat.

    Amazing guys that had the best attitudes! William, Kelly, and Fred helped me move from a 3rd floor apt to another 3rd floor apt. It was really hot this day, yet they maintained their professionalism and cheery attitudes. None of my belongings were broken or damaged during the move. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

    Movers damaged over $5k worth of stuff, including a new refrigerator because they did not know how to pack item securely in a truck. If you tell them how specific items need to packed, they will ignore you and do whatever they want. Driver arrived four hours late to new home and was annoyed that he had to complete the delivery. The communication is awful. You will get a different answer from each person you talk to. They promise callbacks and never call back. The claims team will not communicate directly with customer during claims process. They are also very misleading when explaining coverage. Do not use them!!!

    SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TOOK MY DEPOSIT, SENT AN Email hours before arriving to say they needed the payment for the rest of the trip, when I went to upload it, the cpu system said too close to departure time, so call. I called and left a message saying I had the additional payment they requested. They left us on the morning of the move with no help, no where to go, when I called, there was someone with who could not articulate or pronounce any language undestandably reading from a script about the additional payment over and over, neverminded that we tried to pay it in the few hours turnaround they communicated through email with with no human interaction or support. THEY STOLE OUR MONEY AND LEFT US WITHOUT A PLACE TO LIVE and with all of our possessions in boxes with no where to go or any help. I can't believe it. The driver said that just what they do and hung up in my face when I asked him what were the next steps. EVIL COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Your reply isn't true. Your call center person who called about junk removal said everything was fine 24 hours before ready to go. I specifically asked about your email that said deposit needed. I paid it and had called before and verified. Then verifying again your employee said everything was fine. That's why you had so many contacts. Because of your company's confusion. Then, the night before the move I see a new email about a charge. I call to clarify again. No answer. I say I have money if needed, but your employee just said everything was fine. This new email was viewed 8-10 hours before scheduled pick up. Still, driver comes in the morning and then leaves. What a joke! I could have gave him the money then or paid online. He didn't even speak! Your disorganized, flimsy reply is a untrue and you took my deposit and ruined our move. We are still dealing with the fall out of your careless greedy treatment of a customer and all the money you fleeced. Date of experience: May 28, 2023

Any reservation booked within 72 hours of the requested time is considered a non-guaranteed move based on time constraints.Should you choose to book another reservation with us, we would love the chance to assist you! Keep in mind that rushed booking requests will be "unconfirmed" until you receive a call from our Support Team the night after booking or the following morning (if you book the reservation the night before). We work to fulfill these reservations, but if we cannot gather a complete team for your requested time, we will propose a reschedule for an alternative guaranteed time.

Hello Nick, we are very sorry about the experience you had using our services. Based on our policies, we are unable to do moves without collecting payment (an initial booking hold of 10% on the selected payment method or a full hold after several tries and contact). After 6 conversations with you to attempt to collect said payment and giving additional chances out of our normal policy, we were forced to cancel the move the day before due to not being able to capture a successful pre-authorization of your credit card.I hope you were able to find a solution after choosing to not go with us on another date we provided as we explained the situation.
