image We rented 1 suite to walk around the city. Installation is very simple. I'll talk about the positive items: it has a small microwave, an advantage if you want to have breakfast or make pasta in a cup. Well located for those heading to Austin or the mega shopping area: San Marco, about 45 minutes away.
Negative points: the bath towels were apparently stained, the toilet inside was dirty, the bathtub had a lot of damage, the sink tap leaked from the sides. In the room, the round table was very soft, to use it we needed to prop it up. The bed cover also had some stains. There were no blankets (luckily we had taken them).
Two very big drawbacks: 1) strong smell in the hallway and bedroom (terrible for those with rhinitis or sinusitis). 2) the train was about 30m from our room.

image This place was horrible. It literally is a roach motel. Do not stay here!! Not at all clean. The sheets seemed like they werent washed, had stains and hair on them.

image This is the only hotel I've ever seen that photocopies your payment cards with a document scanner.
We booked this hotel for the convenience of being close to the Alamo for a day trip. It was a cheap deal that was too good to be true.
If you are booking through a travel agency, make sure you are aware of the fine print, which states there is an additional $50 fee, per room, due on arrival, to get your key card. Additionally, be prepared to prove how many rooms you ordered.
Secondly, when we tried to pay the fee with our debit card, we were asked for three separate forms of ID.
One room had the A/C turned off and never cooled out throughout the night. The dresser was also falling apart.
The other room was in similarly bad shape with a beat up dresser, as well as rodent feces on the bathroom counter. Additionally, this room only had one washcloth and two hand rags for the bathroom.
