Horrible experience as a customer of a Credit Union using their BaconPay product. Over the past week I have attempted to make multiple payments using baconpay to my credit union. There is no way for me to mess up the account and routing number as it literally uses single sign-on to JP Morgan Chase to get the data. However, My scheduled payments have been reversed as invalid and BaconPay #1 never notified me of this and #2 provides no way for my credit union to help me solve this problem. My bank has no record of the ACH transactions which means there's likely a software issue with SWBC but they told me to get lost when I called because they are legally not allowed to talk to end-users. Do better.

Our experience with Penney has been nothing short of amazing. She is forthright and honest, which is quite a rarity(in modern times)! As first time home buyers, we had quite a few questions. Penney was patient with us and took the time to answer all of our questions. We were able to reach her by phone, text, or email with our questions and she always answered in a timely manner.
