Best in the business. BEST. Dee maybe San Antonio’s best kept secret. I accidentally stumbled on this company while searching for an FHA 203k lender. Hardly anyone does this loan anymore. I was nervous as their wasn’t much information out there. However after meeting Dee, I knew I found the right company. She helped me find an amazing agent. She walked me through every detail. I ended up doing a traditional loan and chose to work with Dee over my bank, because of the personal care I got with Dee. My bank gave me a mortgage and sent me documents. Dee discussed how to get better rates and addressed all the details. The details are the things many lenders overlook that end up costing you more in the end. I called, her, texted her, and emailed her whenever I had questions and she was always there. As a first time buyer, I could not have made it without the extra support. Everyone I met in this process highly recommended her and had a great deal of respect for her expertise. I found the perfect house and closed last Friday. I am so very greatful to have found her.

stay away from this company! Dee Davis was my mortgage person and when she tells you don't worry about something you better worry about it! She said I was pre-qualified and 3days before closing she decided to tell me that I wasn't qualified!!! she was the worse person to try to get a hold of! She didn't even have the nerve to tell me I didn't qualify she had my realtor tell me! The worse experience ever!
