Bill and I have worked with Kristin on 2 or 3 transactions. She was our clients' mortgage lender on a few transactions and she was the buyer's lender on one of our listings. Words alone cannot express how grateful I am to Kristin. My story started with my original lender closing shop halfway through the loan process due to re-org.
