WOW! I have purchased multiple homes over the years and this one had me a little nervous - This market is VERY fast paced and competitive. Add to that we also had very special circumstances that made our buying timeline a total of 30 days - MAX. Can you imagine trying to buy a home, in this market with only THIRTY DAYS?!? I reached out to Vince and his AMAZING team and we never stopped communicating from day one until after closing. I honestly felt like I was his only client and you know in this crazy market that is far from the truth. My work schedule can be brutal with long hours and yet he was still able to keep in contact with me.
