Lance is my favorite loan officer to work with. He's helped several of my clients, friends, and family members over the years, and he continues to be my #1 recommendation. Today he closed a very challenging loan for a home purchase for me and my wife. A 3rd party caused a problem at the last minute that made it impossible to use our original loan program. Lance was able to switch us to a different loan product and close on our original terms, with only a slight delay. I've seen buyers lose deals over much smaller issues when they were working with less experienced loan officers. I don't trust my own transactions with anyone else.
