Monthly, this realty group is going door to door in my neighborhood leaving a spam solicitation flyer. The flyer has a picture of our neighborhood entrance sign and says it's the neighborhoods "Housing Report". But really it's an advertisement for their business. They are wasting so much paper and it's just annoying to be honest.

Absolutely AMAZING service !!! Id give 6 stars if I could as Brian went way above and beyond. I was stuck and had a realtor that wasnt responsive. I called Brian in San Antonio and he came and stayed in Austin to show me targeted homes that were specifically what I was looking for. When local agents were too busy, Brian was too and placed me onto his plate. I landed the home I wanted and got 30k off listing due to his persistence. Saved me time, money and most importantly, lowered my stress and cortisol levels.

The Totten Realty Group deserves more than just 5 stars! Brian is amazing and took the time to explain every little detail of the home buying process. Brian was not only available at all times but they also fought for us to get the best deal while closing right on time. We bought a house in San Antonio while still living in New York and Brian was able to get us in our new home with ease. Not only did Brian hustle to find us a home but they also made us feel part of the Totten team by looking out for us the whole way! We are very blessed to have found Brian!
