Out of the 4 real estate properties we either have sold or bought.Kim Herrera was by far one of the best realtors I have worked with. Kim is very professional and very kind. She was always available when we had questions and provided amazing advice during the whole process. But the most important thing I truly admired about Kim was her honesty. She will always fight for you and provide the best possible solution for any situation but at the same time she will be very honest and truthful with you as well; giving you a peace of mind at all levels in the process. We completely recommend her. PS: my wife says the amazing cookies she brought by the house is what actually sealed the deal. Lol.
