Poor quality - does not come out when they say they are. They also believe they're inspector generals for the City of San Antonio. They closed my file and they're having the lending company send out another appraiser. Fine by me, this is a disastrous company.

Lynette provided an exceptional experience from beginning to end. Upon our first introductory meeting, Lynette was beyond prepared with the details regarding my home, my area, and the market. I was relocating rather quickly to a different city for work and of course was concerned my home wouldnt sell in the time I needed it to. Well, not only did my house sell, but it was under contract with the very first showing within a few days of being on the market. Also, the offer was above asking price! We were moving from North Texas to South Texas for our job and were assigned a different Realtor. When that person was not showing us homes we were excited about we contacted Lynette and she changed our search for the better, Lynette went out of her way to make sure we got into the home we wanted and worked with the closing company to make sure things were done right. Would recommend her 100%.
